Numberless labels available for sale or blending, as the mastered salami,
the special DOP
cheese,
delicious pàté available both to be tested at the bar and to be
taken home as souvenir.
Obviously not to miss the home made ice cream and the aperitif, prepared with great care
by expert
and attentive waiters.
If a visit to Cherasco City is a compulsory stop for whoever visits the "Langhe",
